Command line git can be confusing sometimes.

Boni:
- the FeasibleMinIIProperty is now able to generate feasible cycles with inner delays != max inner delay
- the LayerStructure class does not include swap checkers/strict mode related things anymore

Also removed SCC-related classes as they have become obsolete.

Also redesigned the corresponding type hierarchy (including the classes of the infeasible MinII cycles).

Also relocated minInnerDelay/maxInnerDelay methods for better clarity.

- removed unused distance parameter of planned edges
- restructured the configuration classes & added more useful methods
- renamed and restructured former InfeasibilityInspector and its methods
- fixed a bug which resulted in feasible MinIIs due to non-problematic zero nodes being used although problematic ones should have been used
- added many new test cases

The remaining method has been moved to the JavaUtils class.

- fixed faulty generator log output: certain graphs caused the 'creating edge x of y'-messages to contain wrong x/y values
- fixed a test case

This includes:
- removal of optionals as fields
- removal of unnecessary 'public abstract' modifiers in interfaces
- more lambdas and method reference usage
- simplified dataflow
- removal of faulty integer divisions
- renaming of expected exceptions in JUnit tests
- typo fixes

Also inserted corresponding calls where possible.

Closes #2.

Also moved some code around, renamed some things here and there, fixed some tests, ... Many little changes. You know how it is.

Also renamed some classes again.

The culprit was the way the remaining delay had been distributed over the edges connecting them with each other.
