Maps M_DMA and M_MEM_0 into correct address ranges by inserting an offset core before the NoC. This way we do not need changes in the driver infrastructure.
Adds new IPs into list.

The driver is mainly extended with means to initialize and shutdown the QDMA core during loading an unloading the driver module. Also DMA interrupts are acknowledged slightly different.

Fix configuration of QDMA and PCIe subsystem. Also switch to QDMAConfigurator and newest version of QDMADescriptorGenerator and QDMAIntrCtrl.
Map M_DMA (AXI connection from QDMA to memory) into address segment. Here we may need to add an offset core in-between.
Fixes address map and wraps M_DESC_GEN around host subsystem.
