The driver is mainly extended with means to initialize and shutdown the QDMA core during loading an unloading the driver module. Also DMA interrupts are acknowledged slightly different.

Fix configuration of QDMA and PCIe subsystem. Also switch to QDMAConfigurator and newest version of QDMADescriptorGenerator and QDMAIntrCtrl.
Map M_DMA (AXI connection from QDMA to memory) into address segment. Here we may need to add an offset core in-between.
Fixes address map and wraps M_DESC_GEN around host subsystem.

Update `libtapasco` dependencies

because `structopt`'s functionality is now completely integrated in `clap`.

The generated context selectors now have the `Snafu` suffix.

The old interface was deprecated in version 3.0.0.

The methods used before were deprecated in the new version of the `config` crate.

The `get_str` method on `Config` struct was renamed to `get_string`.

Aside, the minimum Rust compiler version supported is now 1.49.0.
