- The script tapasco-init.sh will create the necessary
    infrastructure to run TaPaSCo in the current folder
    - The script produces a tapasco-setup.sh that can be sourced from
    anywhere
    - All paths are automatically set
    - This script should simplify the out-of-tree builds
